Terms of Service
Prior to requesting a commission, take a moment to read this as the prices are not fixed and they fluctuate depending on what, when or why you request a change, re-do or refund. By requesting a commission, you agree to the following:No Refunds, unless either of the following conditions apply: (1) I haven't given you updates nor contacted you for over 6 months, (2) an emergency occurred on the commissioner end and work hasn't been started or (3) the commission has been paid for despite me priorly refusing to accept it. In every case I will not cover platform fees, and you will receive a partial refund.Prices can fluctuate depending on the request given, minor changes and additions to what you're requesting usually are free of charge; requesting changes and additions that change the model/texture in a significant manner or adding extra requests (like accessories or an extra model) while the model/texture has already been started will add a 50% price increase and requesting a do-over after given a green light on the shown WIPs will cost you a 100% price increase. Base prices are non-negotiable.Unless specified priorly, all commissions are Not for Commercial Use. Personal use commissions can be modified, changed or utilized for anything the commissioner decides or wishes. For commercial use commissions, different prices and payment apply, including but not limited to: a sales royalty no smaller than 10% and no bigger than 70% of each sale, initial payment of the commission and extras depending on changes of the model.I reserve the right to Deny any commission for any reason. As a commissioner, you will receive a reason why (I hate to leave things in limbo) unless the commission asked for is on the Won't Do list. If you don't see the things you want on the Won't Do list feel free to ask, the worst I will do is say "I'm sorry, can't/won't do that"... literally.Respect the queue. I don't care if you're an angel coming to get me insight on what our reality means, you will not get in front of people. I manage two types of tiers for that: Basic tier and expedited tier. Basic tier is the basic tier to keep things affordable, there's nothing special in there. If you think you're important, Expedited tier is there, and the price will reflect that. More information about this tierage below.I only accept Payment through listed means. I will not hear about your new super cool 0% interest crypto coin or this amazing has-it-all bank account. If it's not listed, I won't accept it.Cancelled and/or refunded commissions will be used for personal projects. This is to cover the cost of the time lost. Keep this in mind at all times.

TierageI work with 2 sets of tiers in order to keep my prices affordale and my sanity checked. Basic tier is just a regular commission, it has nothing special with it as previously stated, this is the tier you want since it has no restrictions outside from the ToS. Expedited tier is something I offer for people in a hurry, it does not put you in the front of the line, but it cuts you closer to it at a higher cost. Consult the table:

Consideration for Clothing Refitting/Re-texturingSince clothes usually are cheaper than what I charge for working with them this usually doesn't apply. However, when the rare occasion happens, the payment is done as the price of the clothing + a 5 USD stipend.
